【簡単に60PDU取得】PMP資格更新のためのPDUを集める方法

【PMP資格の更新に必要なPDUとは？】

PMP資格は、3年に一度資格の更新手続きが必要です。PMPホルダーは、PMIが認める専門能力開発活動や学習活動に従事することにより、PDUと呼ばれる学習単位を獲得することができます。PMP資格を維持するためには、資格取得後3年間で60PDUを獲得することが求められます。※目安として1時間の研修受講＝1PDUに相当
また、資格申請時と同様に、PDU申請に対してもPMIの監査制度が適用になります。もし監査対象になってしまった場合は、以下の「監査書類」に書かれている書類の提出が必要になりますので、研修の受講証明などは紛失しないように保管しておいてください！

【PDUを取得する主な方法】

PDUカテゴリには「教育分野」と「ギブバック活動分野」の2つがあり、それぞれのPDU取得条件は以下の通りです。

1. 教育分野

研修、eラーニング、読書等による学習時間に対してPDUを申請できます。教育分野で少なくとも35 PDUを取得する必要があります。教育分野はテクニカル、リーダーシップ、戦略・マネジメントの3領域に分かれており、各領域で最低8PDUずつ取得する必要があります。※60 PDUをすべて教育分野で取得してもかまいません。

2. ギブバック活動分野

記事執筆、講演、PMIコミュニティでのボランティア活動など、専門分野の知識・経験を広めるギブバック活動に従事することでもPDUを獲得できます。
